What do you like best about the leadership team?
I was happy to see that they all left after it became clear that the new Wipro CTO was in over her head.

Small company mindset. Small coterie controlling such a great company

Ok for these kind of companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increases are given out based on the Wipro band system which does not align with our actual roles at Topcoder. As a result, many employees are drastically under paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and everyone works well together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Broader vision and leadership is missing

Topcoder values a healthy work/life balance

Get better leadership at top 3 levels
