  • Meet Jessica, Senior Financial Systems Analyst. From Pre-Med to a summer gig to make money (along with the common thought of "I didn't know where I wanted to go in life"), Topgolf became "THE place to be" as she immediately felt at home and wanted to make this a career. The career options are limitless she discovered as she moved from roles in the venue (including a Bay Host/Server) to a systems role at the office. All the different personalities around her helped her come out of her introverted shell and uplifting herself to find a drive to do something bigger.

  • Meet Matt, Director of Operations Programs. 4 years in the Navy, 3 years of college, and Topgolf are his resume. Loyalty & commitment are important aspects to him that he found at Topgolf. Topgolf is "the willingness to deliver for any other Topgolf person." Listen to his very personal story of how an important decision was taken away from him. Being part of the brand when there were only 3 venues, he had no idea of the rocket ship career trajectory there would be and knows the success comes from the development its own people.
  • Meet Dave, Integration Engineer (and his awesome accent). He expresses how he saw an online job ad that he thought was too good to be true, and he was desperate to work at Topgolf because of how impressed he was with the people, their attitude, and the tech we work with. He was quickly promoted after his first three months after feeling the encouragement to grow outside of his comfort zone and loves that Topgolf sees things in people that we may not see ourselves. Here, there are very smart people that are willing to "let their hair down". He loves the freedom to express yourself, which is important to him, and it's been amazing for his self-esteem.
  • Meet Ethan, an Engineering Manager. After five years in a completely different industry, he courageously sought after and found a new fit for him, Topgolf! Though he knew Topgolf uses a lot of tech, he was pleasantly surprised at how advanced the technology is. He started as a Lead, and with great mentors he now manages two teams. He loves that at Topgolf you are very close with your manager and that they coach & mentor you daily.
  • Meet JJ, a QA Manager. After completing a degree later in life from UNT (Applied Tech & Performance Improvement), as "luck would have it [he] got hired" at Topgolf who then helped him step out of his comfort zone by seeing himself as a leader. There's lots of brilliant & innovative people here, and he lots the family & comradery.
  • Meet Tanya, a Senior QA Analyst. From "Fashion Designer" to Numbers, she grabbed a degree in Accounting but realized dealing with numbers every day wasn't exciting, but that lead her to QA at Topgolf. She loves that she can express her whole personality and be challenged to grow. "The best part about working at Topgolf is everything."
  • Meet Jason, a Manager in Technology Experience. What started as a temporary IT job in college grew into a change in career destination. He started in a Tech II role, promoted to a Tech III, then one year later made Lead which taught him of his interest in leading people. Only one short year Jason was promoted to a Manager where he has Leads of his own. What's the most fun for him is who he works with - an awesome conglomerate of people with different perspectives who innovate.
  • Meet Ethan, the Integrations Manager on the Technology Experience team. Although he was initially adamant that he didn't want a career in technology, he was passionate about being in the sports industry. Finding an Analyst opening at Topgolf, Ethan found a brand new love & interest for technology because of the innovation we do here. We have fun in get togethers that create great relationships that help us in our work.
