Leading by example. Its impossible to build culture in a Venue if there is no support. Living up to the values that we teach is also something that needs to be worked on. I know it's a business, but sometimes no one is looking out for the playmakers.
Being the best leader possible and helping people. I notice a lot of standing and telling people what to do and thats not what leaders do they need to be providing help!

Not all of them are like this but they are not as detail focused as I would be with some task and it effects how the venue runs.
Again I hope this is anonymous but English or me learning Spanish would be sooo helpful And I would like to see a topgolf soccer team or maybe softball team if nobody plays soccer

I can not think of anything at the moment.
The need for a hierarchy at these entry level jobs has always perplexed me. It seems like the only difference between a blue shirt and a red shirt is a couple days worth of training. The only reason they differentiate red and blue shirts is to turn us against each other when we should be unionizing
Hiring capable managers through proper hiring standards and not through connections.

Better pay, give me a reason to want to come here and work for you. I dont mind working hard but theres no incentive to be greater for anyone for the foolish and primitive amount of pay in 2024 to work here happily

I dont believe that the company actually stands for the values that we teach. Everything that has been done lately just feels like a money grab for higher ups in the company while we in the Venue are getting stepped over.

It be nice if they would use some verbal positive re-enforcement. They do in a general aspect in emails to everyone but not directly.
Staffing is a national issue and we understand it, but we can't keep doing this when the turnover rate is so high.
