What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Holding themselves accountable to the rules and regulations that they are trying to enforce as well as a better work-life balance.

Leading by example. Its impossible to build culture in a Venue if there is no support. Living up to the values that we teach is also something that needs to be worked on. I know it's a business, but sometimes no one is looking out for the playmakers.

Being the best leader possible and helping people. I notice a lot of standing and telling people what to do and thats not what leaders do they need to be providing help!

Accountability for their team mistakes

Not favoring and only helping friends out

participation and more company events. Stay accountable for company plan. company Info earlier and more often.

Proper communication. No favoritism. Taking into account harsh weather conditions sooner and quicker.

Verbal Communication to the whole Team when changes are made in venue so we all can really be #oneteam about it. Being present on the Tee-line so expectations from leadership is reasonable. Making Topgolf #Fun again.
