Training in the department as well as follows and audits
Not all of them are like this but they are not as detail focused as I would be with some task and it effects how the venue runs.
A lot of coworkers here don't care to get to know you or talk to you. It can seem cliquey which is understandable, gravitating towards people you already know but this just makes it more difficult for new people to find people to talk to during shift.
I believe my coworkers could demonstrate more caring and wmpathy to others
