Leading by example. Its impossible to build culture in a Venue if there is no support. Living up to the values that we teach is also something that needs to be worked on. I know it's a business, but sometimes no one is looking out for the playmakers.

Our hourly rate could be better, especially for the days where it is slow, it would make playmakers feel more motivated to be at work knowing theyre still being compensated for their time.

Higher pay is something that needs talked about
I can not think of anything at the moment.
The need for a hierarchy at these entry level jobs has always perplexed me. It seems like the only difference between a blue shirt and a red shirt is a couple days worth of training. The only reason they differentiate red and blue shirts is to turn us against each other when we should be unionizing
Hiring capable managers through proper hiring standards and not through connections.
I liked how fast, easy, and comfortable the interview process was for me.
I loved that they were very transparent and open when answering any questions that I had for them. Every interview started and ended on time and I really appreciated their professionalism.

I liked that my single interview experience allowed me to first meet the hiring manager I would report to and then the teammates I would work alongside with and support. They created a comfortable setting with fun, lighthearted conversation as we got to know each other.

Better pay, give me a reason to want to come here and work for you. I dont mind working hard but theres no incentive to be greater for anyone for the foolish and primitive amount of pay in 2024 to work here happily

I dont believe that the company actually stands for the values that we teach. Everything that has been done lately just feels like a money grab for higher ups in the company while we in the Venue are getting stepped over.

It be nice if they would use some verbal positive re-enforcement. They do in a general aspect in emails to everyone but not directly.
Staffing is a national issue and we understand it, but we can't keep doing this when the turnover rate is so high.
