It's been a completely different experience from anywhere I've ever worked but in a lot of good ways. Overall I've enjoyed learning so many new things and meeting new people.

Everyone for the most part is friends and that makes it enjoyable to show up.

When I get a lot of outgoing and excited bays it makes work worth it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think for the most part everyone is pretty easy to communicate with on all levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When youre new everyone makes an effort to get to know you and helps you feel included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our hourly rate could be better, especially for the days where it is slow, it would make playmakers feel more motivated to be at work knowing theyre still being compensated for their time.
