What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership does their best to make sure our players are having a good time.
I love how they are always caring and cheching up in me
I like all the positive attitudes
Teamwork, understanding, caring, efficient, simple
Most of them are positive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being the best leader possible and helping people. I notice a lot of standing and telling people what to do and thats not what leaders do they need to be providing help!
Verbal Communication to the whole Team when changes are made in venue so we all can really be #oneteam about it. Being present on the Tee-line so expectations from leadership is reasonable. Making Topgolf #Fun again.
Communicating, praising us, caring about us, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love how much this job gives me to work with
free golf and i get paid very well
Good benefits and pays my bills
I love how they make sure we're good each and every day
We get free gameplay and i love coming in and playjng golf for a hour or two just ti have fun and get better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my hard work should be acknowlage
I'm doing a lot of work and not making more money for extra work thats being asked
if my hours didnt get cut so much
We hire next-level people to work at Topgolf. We hire a different way because we hire the best of the best. We sold be making more money than people working at McDonalds.
Topgolf does not pay nearly enough or value their empoyees
What are some of the best things about your team?
How funny everyone is and how everyone cares how your day has been and how u are feeling
i loveeee the people in the kitchen. they made me feel like i fit in right away
Fast, efficient, understanding, delicated, nice
They're so welcoming and been nothing but nice to me
They are very welcoming and fun to work with

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How everyone is so different but works together great
its so upbeat and fun
Friendly, teamwork, understanding, enployee meal
The kitchen is like a safe free space so it very easy to just be myself
Everyones personality and own individual trait is interesting
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher pay is something that needs talked about
The need for a hierarchy at these entry level jobs has always perplexed me. It seems like the only difference between a blue shirt and a red shirt is a couple days worth of training. The only reason they differentiate red and blue shirts is to turn us against each other when we should be unionizing

How everyone is joking around having a good time but still doing their job
seeing the kichen staff every shift
