Everyone is can be who they are

The many events that we throw at the office the views snacks in the office etc

When youre new everyone makes an effort to get to know you and helps you feel included.

Theres no "dumb" questions. People are quick to help.

The kitchen is like a safe free space so it very easy to just be myself

I can not think of an answer as of right now

The coworker love that is shown throughout the venue

Our enviroment is very inclusive and i serve all types if people.

Again I hope this is anonymous but English or me learning Spanish would be sooo helpful And I would like to see a topgolf soccer team or maybe softball team if nobody plays soccer

Higher pay is something that needs talked about

I can not think of anything at the moment.

The need for a hierarchy at these entry level jobs has always perplexed me. It seems like the only difference between a blue shirt and a red shirt is a couple days worth of training. The only reason they differentiate red and blue shirts is to turn us against each other when we should be unionizing

Hiring capable managers through proper hiring standards and not through connections.
