What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their constant help and engagement
we talk to eachother if we need help.
I think that they are very thoughtful and extremely supportive. I love getting to talk to my managers and getting to know them.
I love their personalities. As a whole, none of them have wronged me.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free game play whenever I want.
Good health, denta, 401K benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With having to deal with customers constantly and complaints GS should get more pay
I dont use any of the benifits and if we dont then i think we should get paid for the stuff we dont use.
Maybe give us more tip share because food running gets really hard.
Not under valued, just think should get more of the commission $
My hours and getting cut.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way its constantly a fun environment
I love getting to talk to my team and build friendships. Most of them are sweet and easy to talk to, I enjoy coming to work to see them.
Energetic and fun to work with.
I love the way they thank me everytime i help them or if i need help they dont blink an eye and they are there to help.
I love the people working

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many different people in the place
Everyone is unique and open to different things
My managers are extremely positive and I equate their positivity to a positive environment.
Everyone is willing to help others.
