i mean its been great, a little difficult adjusting to corporate standards coming from private dining.

Topgolf is a job i love to come in everyday and see what the day holds i look forward to it everytime were busy or we have other challenges i live this job. We are all a family and i love it.

It has been great. There is a lot of hard work that has to be done but when it is done it is great.

I believe pay could be more competitive not just for myself but for the entire venue it is a struggle keeping associates when they can go to McDonalds and make more, the culture is what keeps our associates but its not whats getting them in the doors

I feel that my position is laid much higher acriss the industry than i am bere

Benefits: I'd like to see lower premiums, and dental are close to double of what I had to pay with a prior employer. 4% raise cap doesn't take into account the playmakers that put in the effort to ensure our brand's success. Others in my field are better compensated.
