What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody communicates so there's no mistakes
Caring, Supportive and invested in my growth
They show caring and are always there to help out when needed.
I like that everyone gets along busy day or not we always cheer each other reguardless of the situation at hand #ONETEAM
They are approachable and always have time to talk.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the benefits and insurance coverage
every single thing about it
Bonuses and Paid time off
Free golf when I want and the medical benefits.
The health insurance and the lawyer fee which is optional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits: I'd like to see lower premiums, and dental are close to double of what I had to pay with a prior employer. 4% raise cap doesn't take into account the playmakers that put in the effort to ensure our brand's success. Others in my field are better compensated.
I feel that my position is laid much higher acriss the industry than i am bere
I believe pay could be more competitive not just for myself but for the entire venue it is a struggle keeping associates when they can go to McDonalds and make more, the culture is what keeps our associates but its not whats getting them in the doors
What are some of the best things about your team?
they definitely work when needed too

Supportive and team players, fun and caring
The commitment that they show to the brand and their willingness to adapt to the culture.
We are all different and eager to be number one in the brand
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe my coworkers could demonstrate more caring and wmpathy to others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the kitchen culture is very well groomed.
Inclusivness, open, fun and high energy
The one team mentality from front and back of house
Everyone looks out for each other and we cheer each other up and helpful at anytime

when people do their job
The people I work with and the people i meet
The time I get to spend with my team.
I get to be apart of a team that works hard and it shows from the cleaniness of the kitchen and the food we produce
Seeing people learning new ways to make our teams stronger and supporting each other.
