I like their helpfulness, readiness and attentiveness.
I think for the most part everyone is pretty easy to communicate with on all levels.
Always near and visible on the floor
Their personalities and leadership skills
How open they are to talk about any needs or concerns we may have.
Leading by example. Its impossible to build culture in a Venue if there is no support. Living up to the values that we teach is also something that needs to be worked on. I know it's a business, but sometimes no one is looking out for the playmakers.
Not favoring and only helping friends out
Proper communication. No favoritism. Taking into account harsh weather conditions sooner and quicker.
Paying attention to everyones work ethic and not picking favorites
Hourly pay plus tip pay.
Free bay usage and food discounts
Free game play and half off food!
The therapy sessions are first four free
Its ok, I don't use it much
Our hourly rate could be better, especially for the days where it is slow, it would make playmakers feel more motivated to be at work knowing theyre still being compensated for their time.
I beleive i am paid fairly as a result of being a tipped employee, but as an event ambassador i do not believe topgolf values the Event Ambassadors because the service charge the company has for event contracts is only 15% of part of the event, which equavalates to about 7% of the event total.
I feel for some of the positions we work we could he paid a little more. Most of us have to have 2 jobs
I know its the nature of the beast. We hope for tips. But a lot of times it is just a shoulder shrug when you've spent a ton of time on a player and they've racked up a bill and then don't tip. Its like a smack in the face. Someone caring about it would be nice.
Mostly just market analysis and work expecations arent reflected financially
Willingness to help and supportiveness.
Everyone for the most part is friends and that makes it enjoyable to show up.
Helpful and knowledgeable for new playmakers
Their energy and how they check on you throughtout the day
Everyoje tries thier best to pull thier weight
A lot of coworkers here don't care to get to know you or talk to you. It can seem cliquey which is understandable, gravitating towards people you already know but this just makes it more difficult for new people to find people to talk to during shift.
Friendliness, liveliness, attentiveness, positivity and accountability
When youre new everyone makes an effort to get to know you and helps you feel included.
Positive vibes attention to players
The coworker love that is shown throughout the venue
Our enviroment is very inclusive and i serve all types if people.
Hiring capable managers through proper hiring standards and not through connections.

I dont believe that the company actually stands for the values that we teach. Everything that has been done lately just feels like a money grab for higher ups in the company while we in the Venue are getting stepped over.
Staffing is a national issue and we understand it, but we can't keep doing this when the turnover rate is so high.
Treating the employees better and making them feel appreciated . And i mean everyone not just a select few aka the favorites
