Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay, more benefits: free food anytime** More than one work shirt/uniform FREE. Tike off should always be accepted with generous amount of time ahead noted

The more common roles at the company make less than a fast food employee despite the cost of living ever increasing, there are pay disparities in some higher roles (Outside of merit increases and yearly increases)

Better pay, give me a reason to want to come here and work for you. I dont mind working hard but theres no incentive to be greater for anyone for the foolish and primitive amount of pay in 2024 to work here happily
