Specifically our sales office has such a healthy, supportive culture. We root for each other's success and help each other anytime we can.

Both the executive leadership and local leadership teams seek out feedback from the playmakers. They value the perspectives of all playmakers, and it shows.
What makes you most happy at work?
The social interactions with my peers, it's very encouraging. Also being able to create a good living for my family is a huge motivating factor of why I love this job so much.
