Its a good place, people are nice, some people are lazy. Pay isnt that good and bebefits are nice but could be MUCH better

Better pay, more benefits: free food anytime** More than one work shirt/uniform FREE. Tike off should always be accepted with generous amount of time ahead noted
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay, give me a reason to want to come here and work for you. I dont mind working hard but theres no incentive to be greater for anyone for the foolish and primitive amount of pay in 2024 to work here happily
