Your hard work is actually noticed, appreciated and you certainly feel well compensated for your efforts. In addition to the monetary "feel good", the health insurance benefits are fantastic (and affordable as well) and these coupled with the other perks received make you feel very appreciated.
Topgolf has great health care benefits and PTO!
It is great package compared to the industry standards.
Yearly Salary and bonus structure
higher 401k match, higher salaries, and more discounts
Our hourly rate could be better, especially for the days where it is slow, it would make playmakers feel more motivated to be at work knowing theyre still being compensated for their time.
With having to deal with customers constantly and complaints GS should get more pay
I feel like my hard work should be acknowlage
when i work main bar make sure my bartender also think about the work i put in with them on the shift so they should break down on tipS
My hours and getting cut.
I feel like as a food runner no one takes us serious, i feel like we do more work than guest services and some other departments yet we dont even get minimum wadge
I'm doing a lot of work and not making more money for extra work thats being asked
if my hours didnt get cut so much
The standards have risen in terms of competitive pay and while Topgolf has historically shown that we stay competitive, recent years have shown that the field level compensation is not as competitive as multiple other brands in the sector thus we're losing the ability to attract & retain top talent.
Better pay, more benefits: free food anytime** More than one work shirt/uniform FREE. Tike off should always be accepted with generous amount of time ahead noted
Review from Sales Dept
I beleive i am paid fairly as a result of being a tipped employee, but as an event ambassador i do not believe topgolf values the Event Ambassadors because the service charge the company has for event contracts is only 15% of part of the event, which equavalates to about 7% of the event total.
I struggle in the kitchen because we have sooo many people that just can't speak or understand English. and I've been told I can't make anymore money or get over time from learning Spanish on the side to help in the day to day
We are working 50+ hours a week onsite plus having to work from home. Also being paid less for the same position as the previous playmakers.
I do feel I'm under value for what I bring to the team and that's something that's not a metric. I also believe that metrics very important.
I feel for some of the positions we work we could he paid a little more. Most of us have to have 2 jobs
Re evaluate where we are with todays economics and possibly raise wages
Geo is not really fair. People in lateral positions in the company should be able to lead the same quality of life no matter where they live.
I know its the nature of the beast. We hope for tips. But a lot of times it is just a shoulder shrug when you've spent a ton of time on a player and they've racked up a bill and then don't tip. Its like a smack in the face. Someone caring about it would be nice.
We hire next-level people to work at Topgolf. We hire a different way because we hire the best of the best. We sold be making more money than people working at McDonalds.
