What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership is very scattered and many times I would have to show the proof of work all over again as documents submitted are not enough. A lot of competitiveness in the team where working together should be prioritized.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The assignment of work is based on seniority. The one with least experience is expected to the grunt work and support even though there is no actual development work the seniors work on. The split should be equal irrelevant to the superiority in experience.
