1. Support from team leads in the matter of technical challenges and problems 2. Friendly environment. Everyone's input is considered and valued.

The best thing is to challenge the newcomers to think creatively. We are given n number of opportunities which are very crucial for any budding techie.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Skilled resources with the same end goal as me, who wants to provide quality service and deliver a good product. A team with great enthusiasm who are always ready for a new initiative and self-progression.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is simple and straightforward for experienced candidates. There would be one telephonic and one face to face technical rounds followed by an HR round. For freshers, there could be an online coding challenge, one round of F2F technical round followed by an HR round.
