Torry Harris has great offerings, employees, potential and customer loyalty. It needs to market itself more aggressively so that it is a well-recognized brand in the IT services space.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and friendly environment. Ideas are welcome. We have a process to share ideas, conduct knowledge-sharing open sessions. Regular updates from business unit heads and marketing team on the achievements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team focuses on building a foundation where great employee experience is used as a means to deliver great customer experience. This is evidenced by many employees with long-term careers and many customers with repeat business.
