Mr. Gary L. Ginsberg has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Communications of Time Warner Inc., since April 2010. Mr. Ginsberg has fundamental operational and management experience, having served as an Executive for media giants. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Marketing at Time Warner Inc. Mr. Ginsberg worked with Time Warner's senior management team on a wide range of corporate matters, including overseeing its marketing, public affairs and communications efforts. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs of News Corp. until December 31, 2009 and also served as its Executive Vice President. He served as the Head of Global Marketing at News Corp., since October 2007. He joined office of Chairman of News Corp. in October 2007 and served as its Executive Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications since January 1999. Before joining News Corp., he served as the Managing Director at the New York-based strategic consulting firm of Clark & Weinstock from November 1996 to December 1998. He began his professional career as an Attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He served as a Senior Editor and served as Counsel of George Magazine from March 1995 to November 1996. He served as an Assistant Counsel to President Clinton and as a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice from January 1993 to November 1994. He has been a Director of Malaria No More since November 2009, Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. since March 12, 2012 and Synacor, Inc. since December 2011. He has been an Independent Director of Townsquare Media, Inc. since 2010. He serves as a Director of Wildcat Service Corporation. He serves as a Trustee of Freedom Forum Newseum Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at TRA, Inc. Mr. Ginsberg serves as a Director of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation; New Visions for Public Schools and New York Cares. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He served as a Director of Vringo, Inc. from May 2010 to December 15, 2010. He served as an Independent Director of Audible Inc., from April 2001 to March 11, 2008. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Ginsberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
