I like my job. It provides a challenge both physically and mentally.

Our deductible for our insurance is lower than most places which is nice.

We all get along most of the time and have fun completing our work nightly.

For the most part everyone is on the same page and we are all working towards the same goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at our company is mixed. We have people working with us from all over the world. So while you are working and talking you get to learn about different cultures.
