The team was transparent about the challenges and opportunities and it was clear that they wanted to ensure it would be a good fit. Communication and follow up was also really great throughout the process.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Design engineering and manufacturing process are disconnected, design engineering shall listen to manufacture. Large companies work in the opposite way, if a product can not be manufactured is not well designed.
our products are not working as they should. More testing of product before shipping out will be key moving forward.
