Over the times, more responsibilities have been substantially increased which isn't an issue but hopefully compensation will follow through in the near-future.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Design engineering and manufacturing process are disconnected, design engineering shall listen to manufacture. Large companies work in the opposite way, if a product can not be manufactured is not well designed.
our products are not working as they should. More testing of product before shipping out will be key moving forward.
