Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no equity, flexible or unlimited PTO would be a better option for time off and compensation is on the lower end compared to other companies in the tech industry.
Levels of PTO commensurate with the global rates would be appreciated (6+ weeks annual) and more flexibility on taking it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun, positive, supportive, communicative, and nice
They are an incredibly hard-working, outgoing, fun group of individuals, always ready to lend a helping hand.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very supportive and open; I felt like they were cheering me on, not looking for ways I would fail.
The intention and thought put into trying to minimize what is normally a very stressful situation.

It's fun to interact with co-workers, and there are challenging problems to solve everyday.
