Benefits are mediocre/poor and base pay is lower than many other companies of similar size in Denver.
I feel lied to and for the compensation, i would feel bad knowing what i know now to even offer anyone your services.
Health insurance is terrible - high deductible and huge co-pays. Bonuses never pay at 100%, even when company is doing great.

I have a great bunch of co-workers who are knowledgeable and want to do well. Management works us against each other, rather than up with each other on a team. Management does not show any confidence in their teams and micromanages them until they feel insecure and belittled.

Transamerica's inforce customer service department is the worst. Agents spend more time smoothing things over with customers than they do in the field.
