Mr. Chad D. Burkhardt has been a Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. since August 24, 2015. Since 2008, Mr. Burkhardt has served as Partner in the Corporate Department of Baker Botts L.L.P. where he advised clients on various corporate transactions including corporate securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and various public company filings. Mr. Burkhardt has significant cross-border and international transaction experience from a variety of industries ranging from oil and gas exploration, midstream and oil field services to high-tech and start-up transactions. He is a graduate of Duke University School of Law.
