Travis Coates joined Transcom in September 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, and was promoted to also be CEO AAPAC in September, 2023. Travis has over 25 years’ experience in the customer care sector. Prior to joining Transcom, Travis spent 14 years at Teleperformance, most recently as COO for the North American operations. He has also served as Managing Director Teleperformance Philippines, and EVP of Teleperformance’s Advanced Services Division.
