What does the leadership team need to get better at?

New staffing. Accountability. Effective communication and points of contact other than immediate supervisor and thats it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Medical is too expensive, bonus options are point based? And criteria to meet is 800 factors involved in order to be considered for raise or promotion.
