Transdev Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid time off is great.

it could be better but its ok at this point in time but i would like to see a 14 and 14 rotation so i could have more time at home

Review from Operations Dept

Health insurance is good enough

Review from Operations Dept

Freedom of working , entrepreneurship encouragement

Benefits and mental help that's provided.

Pay is good and fair, benifits are ok also

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay your professional employees adequately as other professional employees are paid period!

The compensation is insulting. Raises virtually never happen. Bonuses absolutely do not exist. Hourly pay is barely enough to live off. If you are anyone but a middle manager or higher, you will get paid peanuts.

I was told I would get a raise after training. I took a leave of absence for vision loss and the company took away my $5000 hire on bonus. I had two days of training left. I deserve to be paid what my fellow Road Supervisor make $30.00 per hour. I'm a career transportation employee.

Review from Operations Dept

The benefits just leave huge medical bills. When I get to choose something I pay more for maybe it will be better.

Under paid for the hours I'm working

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that we are valued.

I belive that for the work done and expenses put into the work compensation is not newrly enough to cover for tools and other work related expenses

Medical is too expensive, bonus options are point based? And criteria to meet is 800 factors involved in order to be considered for raise or promotion.

Review from Operations Dept

Manager during reviews would state employee was over paid. Manager would dump adfitional work on employee. Manager harassed me when CEO and VP selected my role as Project Manager for another piroperty. He said if i accepted assignment can seek other employment

I feel undervalued because I get to deal with all customers, and in some situations I do not get the help i need from my supervisor

Review from Operations Dept

I'm below national average and there is low bonuses. There is also no yearly holiday bonuses.

I would like to get paid better
