The senior leaders are incredibly unprofessional. They rest on what they did years ago as the basis for why they just show up now. Entitled
Being interested in workers' experience, actively listening, being open to change and improving their safety culture
New staffing. Accountability. Effective communication and points of contact other than immediate supervisor and thats it.

Manager is unprofesdional, believes in X theory rather than supportive and encourage creativity. Manager directed team to falsely report data and hide results from County, Leadership and Corporate teams
