Coworkers need to take responsibility for their actions and carryout their duties as described in the Rule Book in conjuction with the policies and procedures
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I would get a raise after training. I took a leave of absence for vision loss and the company took away my $5000 hire on bonus. I had two days of training left. I deserve to be paid what my fellow Road Supervisor make $30.00 per hour. I'm a career transportation employee.
