This company is 100% profit first, and employee never. They would sooner lay you off than reorganize. Every day work is filled with the dread of not knowing if you still have a job or if they will implement a new ridiculous policy that everyone hates. Do not work at this company. Particularly TAS
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees are always unhappy because we can't afford rent but hey, let's have another pizza party!

There needs to be more communication and better compensation. Listening to employees needs should be first.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no team culture. There is no incentive for teamwork. We're all hoping for more pay or a better job. Everyone just wants out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is insulting. Raises virtually never happen. Bonuses absolutely do not exist. Hourly pay is barely enough to live off. If you are anyone but a middle manager or higher, you will get paid peanuts.
