Transfinder is not a great place to work at. The management can be a bit toxic and unhelpful. The direction is constantly confused. You will always be under pressure that you are unable to solve because you are led by poor management. If you can find something else that is what you should do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Trust your employees. Share the workload. Stop micromanaging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company paid fairly well however it quickly was outpaced by how bad it was to work there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Several of the team members that I worked with were awesome. They worked hard and were good sounding boards.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process was easy. 3 rounds. What I will say is most things that I was excited about in the interview process wound up not coming to pass. So unfortunately you cant take stock in what you are told in the interview.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture is an ego driven fest. It gets old really fast. Way too many meetings discussing nothing/way to meetings that no one shows up to. The merry go round just got toxic and I had to get off much like you will want to.
