We have many powerful women on our leadership team. They're transparent and empathetic, and I genuinely believe that they're doing what they can to put our people's needs first.

Excellent, highly empathetic leadership that really cares about people at the company. It's been a very challenging year for the supply chain and the company has navigated those challenges very well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are 100% company paid and VERY robust. Also, it's a relief to know we have 12 weeks of parental leave for ALL employees regardless of gender.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all passionate and scrappy, and everyone steps in for each other without missing a beat!
The team provides a great working envoriment. There is always an opportunity to connect with one and another to ask questions and share important advice and suggestions even if it is not directly related to your role.

Warm, real-people who are great at what they do.
So much intelligence and humility. Everyone is great and full of insight. I feel super safe to ask questions (which I do, a lot) and love being around caring, smart people all the time!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are growing fast, so while we work hard, the morale is high and pace is exciting!
The people are fun and people are encouraged to be themselves. We have meet ups for different events both virtually and in person which are fun and creative
Everyone believes in the real problems we're solving so the passion is authentic and palpable.

Meeting with different members on different sides of the business
Met great people; felt that everyone was important to meet. Enjoyed all the conversations and felt that my questions were readily answered.
