John W. Blenke — Executive VP, Corporate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at TransUnion

Mr. John W. Blenke has been an Executive Vice President and Corporate General Counsel at Transunion Financing Corp., since May 2003 and serves as its Company Secretary. Mr. Blenke serves as Vice President and Assistant Secretary at Visionary Systems Inc., and TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, Inc. He serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate General Counsel, Secretary and Manager at TransUnion LLC. He serves as Executive Vice President, Secretary and Manager at TransUnion Healthcare, LLC. He serves as Vice President and Secretary at Diversified Data Development Corp. He has been Executive Vice President, Secretary and Corporate General Counsel at Transunion Teledata, LLC since May 2003 and serves as its Manager. He has been an Executive Vice President, Corporate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of TransUnion since May 2003. Mr. Blenke has been an Executive Vice President, Corporate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of TransUnion Corp. since May 2003 and TransUnion LLC. He is responsible for the legal, government relations, corporate governance and compliance and consumer privacy functions of TransUnion and its subsidiaries. He has more than 20 years of legal experience. He joined TransUnion in 2003. From 1989 to April 2003, he held a variety of positions with Household International, Inc. (predecessor to HSBC North America), including Vice President of Corporate Law, Group General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, where he managed the corporate legal functions responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and consumer finance branch-based and wholesale lending. He served as Vice President of Corporate Law and Assistant Secretary at HSBC financial Corp. since 1996, Assistant General Counsel and Secretary since 1993, Assistant General Counsel of Securities & Corporate Law and Assistant Secretary since 1991. Mr. Blenke has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Operation HOPE, Inc. since March 2009. He serves as Director at Visionary Systems Inc., Diversified Data Development Corp, Transunion Financing Corp and TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, Inc. He was admitted to both the Illinois Bar Association and the Northern District of Illinois in 1980 and the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2003. He is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries, serving on its Securities Law Committee and has been an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Mr. Blenke received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in Chicago in 1980.
