As with any company, there are pros and cons. I like the people i work with, but the pay is definitely unfair to the sales agents, and management is very unorganized. I'm also noticing that the top agents are selling so much by not following the rules and getting a large commission for it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Performance Managers do want us to succeed and there is a bond between employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my immediate managers, but no one higher up seems to care about our well-being
