Better benefits, matching 401k would be great. Most companies arr offering unlimited PTO and the ones that are not are offering 4-6 weeks PTO after hire.
I was told a different pay rate
Cost of living is not considered with .25 cent pay increase after one full year. They're not fighting for employees. Turn over is high and they just hire new employees.

Some things are swept under the rug instead of being dealt with management, and all of the new associates that have gone above and beyond are not recognized.

They eliminated individual performance reviews, so no one has any idea if they are performing under or above expectations. I would feel much better about my compensation if my manager and I ever discussed it. I would like to know what it takes to get a raise of any kind.
