What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO and Cband people have no clue what they are doing. Every tool and business decision is decided by kickback/lower cost rather than function and performance. They get bonuses while coming up with reasons not to pay employees bonuses and if they do- they are late and split into multiple payments.

Constant stream of people leaving constant battle over budgets even those that should be straightforward (like backfills) require Senior Executive sign off and there is no tool for that process its all done using spreadsheets and emails. not very impressive for a supposedly forward think cyber co
Product and service no longer competitive and customers are unhappy.
