No open-door culture. Upper-level executives do not want to listen. They are just making excuses or pretend none of the problem exists

Constant stream of people leaving constant battle over budgets even those that should be straightforward (like backfills) require Senior Executive sign off and there is no tool for that process its all done using spreadsheets and emails. not very impressive for a supposedly forward think cyber co
