Trevor Yager is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of TrendyMinds, the marketing and communications agency he started in 1995 with little more than an idea and a willingness to figure it out. More than three decades and thousands of clients later, he still points to the learning as the part he loves most.

TrendyMinds works across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, financial services, energy, education, sports and entertainment, and beyond. In Trevor's view, every industry comes down to the same question: how do you connect with the people who matter in a way that actually moves the organization? Outside the agency, Trevor develops real estate and invests in early-stage companies through Ground Game in Indianapolis and Florida Funders in Tampa. The common thread runs through all of it: building things that last, and learning along the way.
