What did you like most about the interview process?I did like that you get to meet with the people you will work with during the interview process. I also had the opportunity to shadow and that was great.

What makes you most happy at work?The actual work is great, nothing else about the job is enjoyable though.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Low morale, shit policies, a union.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have a pretty complex job, that is high volume at times, and some schmuck in a entry level position is making as much as me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?It would be nice if they communicated better.
