Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A livable wage to support one person working 40 hours per week in my city is $25, but I am paid less than this despite being a hard worker who has been with the company for a few years.

To be treated with respect, fairly. It is a clique. I am more than likely going to find a new job.
Compared to relatives and friends I have that work in other long term care settings we aren't paid what the rest of the market is paid.
I've done this for 15 years. The money isn't important but I am considered experienced. Would just be nice to feel appreciated is all. I work very hard. My heart is big for my residents. I go outta my way for their smile. Just be nice if it was noticed.
