The facility I work at sweeps up acts of abuse/neglect under the rug. The company refuses to do any kind of sign on bonus to allure those to apply. They talk about how amazing they are because of our "quarterly wage increase" when it's literally only $0.02.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Yet again the short staffing. I have personally told family members myself that their loved ones are not receiving the care they are paying for. At times they only have one nurse in the building.
