communication internally and externally. Needed to be a more beneficent and speedy process, especially because I was an associate referral

We have a lot of new hires, so it is exciting for the potential that we have for the next year.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new hire, you receive draws and MBO's for the first year. I was also able to negotiate my base salary.
