What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Culture is poor, no connection to the ELT, no respect for procurement. Ex. Director was the worst ever. Not a place for a procurement professional.

Everything! No training, no culture, no desire to build a great team. In addition, they treat clients terribly, so that bleeds through to the organization.

Finance is sinking the company. Missed forecasting merit and bonuses by new CFO, doesn’t “own up” to it. Bully all around. Hubris.

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership is gender biased, largely white male. There is a definite glass ceiling here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Compensation is low for the market and vertical we play in. Compared to the technology companies we work with we are substantially behind on compensation.

Review from Sales Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Less silos, more collaboration and trust. Better communication between teams that is NOT just leaders sharing information and trickle down.

Review from Marketing Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Management and attitudes need to change. big gap between exec and workers.

some teams work WAY harder than others and the pace is different. Our team is driven VERY hard.

Review from Marketing Dept

Get away from focusing on short sighted goals. Improve data integrity.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

communication internally and externally. Needed to be a more beneficent and speedy process, especially because I was an associate referral

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Every customer I met with complained about some thing not working, or being signed up incorrectly, or waiting months to hear back for a solution

Ultra liberal execs that don't care about the workers. Management needs an overall. CEO is far too removed from the day to day, CIO/CTO is an egomaniac, and is harming the company.

morale in my team is low.
