Top quality management with an eye on business success

The leadership team doesn’t have a chance until they get rid of Dan P. The CEO/President.
A) Understanding the business b) understanding any business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Have to pay for most of our healthcare benefits which are expensive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid. Poor benefits. Bad vacation policy. No HR. No training. Not valued at all.

good people fighting the good fight for a company that is evil
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine and we all need to find new jobs.

take the best people and start a new company from the ground up. troika is not fixable.
It’s horrible. Negative energy. Back stabbing and unsupportive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
horrible leadership and mgmt. bad culture, bad process and irrational thinking.
Bad leadership at the very top. The CEO/President is still living in the 90's and is incapable of evolving and incapable of running a business.
