Be more in question about skills and knowledge before hiring

There was no interview. She randomly texted me one day asking if i still wanted to work, i worked the next day. Most people got hired this way

I interviewed 2 months before i got offered thr job & the person who interviewed me didnt even work there anymore

Absolutely terrible they have no recognition of background checks nor drug screens, and every single human being hired has been negative to the business quality

I would of liked to have a clearer view of what my job would actually entail.

By doing actual background checks

I was never interviewed, i filled out an application and was asked to come back the next day. That day i started as employee, never got proper training. I do not blame the current manager though because were probably just as clueless as us and needed to hire people before he/she left

Stop hiring everyone because a lot of them are bad workers

They hire everyone because everyone ends up quitting

It would be nice if they would hire people who are like me instead of people who have quit 5 jobs in the last 4 months.

They literally hire anybody then get surprised when that person quits within a week

They should start calling applicants back or communicating in general. I only got an interview because my friend worked there and told the manager directly to call me. I had applied 5 weeks prior to actually getting any response
