I have already said what I think should happen at this cafe. There has been multiple times my manager has been called out for her behavior and how she treated other employees and nothing was done about this.
Management needs to completely revitalize and fix itself and every location as they are all mentally toxic and physicaly exhaustive to every employee, especially when locations have everything breaking/leaking/out of order (health violations) and wont be fixed/gets ignored for MONTHS.
The job is great i love it. New managers are the problem, people who dont get anything done are the problem
The right compesation and guidance. We get no tips, dont get paid correctly, did not get trained and are expected to run a store.. when one employee asked for tips he said "i give you $1"- not an hour just as "tips" the MANAGER is still making 10/hr despite her new position and responsibilities.
Pay me correctly and staff a minimum of two people during rush hour that would be great. Customers constantly yell at us for being slow but it's one person during a lunch rush because everyone quits when they get their first incorrect check
The owners need a crash course on management and how to treat employees. They do not promote the fun friendly work environment that tropical smoothie cafe promotes
Professionalism is a big thing that needs to be worked on
