Not on the phone whole there is orders and costmers waiting on there food
There needs to be more organization and structure. Listen to the employees and keep everyone on the same page.

Yes when i started to work i applied to the frint and all he tried to make me do everyday was wash dishes and when i said somethint about it he said he knows but still made me only wash dishes

I get called in frequently as my team calls out a lot
I do almost everything when I work, and there is only two of us in the front. There are never more then two girls and a male coworker, and we are expected to do everthing while he stays in the back. It needs to be professional, and he needs to pick up after himself. I need more hours as well.
I'd appreciate a new manager and coworkers that could do their job.
A few are very hard workers and do they're very best at what they can do.
