They know what to do and how to do it properly. They give me the information that I need and let me know what I need to do.
Very friendly and willing to help.
I liked how helpful they were and how if you were struggling, they would try to find a way to help

Not being passive aggressive to workers who are frankly not the best at their jobs, and instead actually speak to them about what they are doing wrong instead of just trying to drop them from the schedule and subsequently make them quit.

We have a Morning shift leader who refuse to make customers orders just bc there frustrated and who knows nothing about the store they know as much as me and I just got hired a few months ago

I do not have one, as I don't qualify
The only thing that I know of, is that i can get a meal or a drink but i need to comp it out or use empoyee discount.

I have been told I would get a pay raise twice, the first time I eventually got smth a solid month after it was promised, with no back pay and not the amount I was told, and after I was promoted I still have not received my raise after my tips were dropped and I have no faith I will get back pay.

Originally derrek told me I would be making 20 an hour due to the tips we get. I did not get any tips even with a lot of are coworkers leaving due to the unfair treatment. I understand I would have to work a longer time but I feel as if he lied to me to convince me into the job.l

Yes when i started to work i applied to the frint and all he tried to make me do everyday was wash dishes and when i said somethint about it he said he knows but still made me only wash dishes

Some of my coworkers are genuinely some of the kindest and funniest people I have ever met, and when I get scheduled with those people I'm excited to work. I honestly don't like working unless I see I'm working with them.

I like the kind worth ethic people bring out, my coworkers are very comforting too and helps me out anytime i have a problem.
The other employes who know how to do their job, not even the manager can do their job right.

they're fine its the mangers that need discipline
the only god thing is how we don't struggle in languages

If there is an issue from management with a worker they need to actually know how to deal with conflict and learn how to speak with the worker instead of just ignoring the issue while still complaining about it while trying to lessen the person's hours when the worker doesn't even know.

A better manager hands down. I feel like everyone is uncomfortable around derrek so no one likes talking around him or even asking for help. He makes everyone feel uncomfortable I feel like and hires the wrong people.

The cleanliness of the place needs extreme work I have seen so many things that are unclean like the dishes and the manager ignores it. Even some of the smoothie blenders were constantly not clean and derrek did not care.

Lack of communication and positivity
Management either doesn't care or doesn't want to get involved in difficult situations within the store. Improvements would be retraining management and creating a positive work environment.
I feel bad for the customers for the service and quality they are getting. Spring a surprise inspection on us
I like that the menu does change a little bit ever other month
